PHYSIO PILATES

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a conditioning exercise programme that targets the deep core muscles to improve core stability and posture.

How it works?

During Pilates classes you engage your core at a low level and maintain body alignment while performing Pilates exercises.

PILATES CLASSES

Classes are aimed at training the body in healthy movement patterns, correcting muscular imbalances and strengthening the core, this results in the rehabilitation of current injuries and prevention of future injuries.

When you join a class at Eilish Farrell Pilates, you can be assured that all the exercises you do are safe and appropriate for you. Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels as exercises can be tailored to individual needs and goal. This unique form of exercise focuses on correct movement quality not quantity.
